This Privacy & Security Policy (“Policy”) clarifies how AllLines (“Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) handles and takes care of any information that you share while using the company website. We have a deep commitment to protecting the privacy and securing the data of our Customer (“You”, “User”, “Authorized User(s)”, “Registered User”, “Subscription User” or “Your”). When we ask you to provide personal information/data, we assure you that it will be treated as strictly confidential and in accordance with this Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP”) of India and other applicable laws and regulations.

By visiting us at https://alllines.org/ (“Website”, “Platform” or “Site”), and by providing your information or availing our service, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Policy, our Terms of Use and other applicable Company Policies available on the Site, and agree to be governed by the laws of India (or other applicable and equivalent international laws and guidelines) including but not limited to, the laws applicable to data protection and privacy. If you do not agree please do not use or access our Website and use our Subscription Services.

This Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the Terms of Use (“Terms”) of the Company (“Terms”). Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meaning given to them in the Terms.

We have the right to make any changes or make modifications from time to time. Any changes made to this policy will be updated on this page timely. Kindly check this page from time to time to ensure that you are aware of the changes. As a Customer of our Services and user of the Website, it is your responsibility to check this page frequently.

  1. COLLECTION OF DATA:

AllLines Account: We collect personally identifiable information of Site users (“Personal Information” or “Personal Data”), which may include but is not limited to basic information given to us during sign-up/registering/subscribing or by using our Website to access or utilize our Services including but not limited to, Subscription Services, such as name, date of Company Incorporation / Registration, address, telephone/mobile number, email ID, occupation, information shared such as proof of identity or address, demographic-related details like area, postal codes and your preferences and interests, among other necessary personal information that help us serve you better. In the event you are an account holder of any Third-Party Payment Provider that we use to bill you for the Subscription Services, then some of the sensitive personal information such as your bank account or credit or debit card (“Authorized Payment Method”) or other payment instrument information or password etc. shall not be collected by us. However, in the event you do not hold an existing account of any Third-Party Payment Provider we use to bill you, then we may temporarily retain such sensitive information for less than 24 (twenty-four hours) and exclusively for the purpose of effectuating your payment through any temporary third-party provider payment portal made available on our Site (“Authorized Payment Gateway”). In both instances, we do not hold any Sensitive personal information relating to your Authorized Payment Method once your payment has been successfully processed / approved.

AllLines Partners: We may receive information about you or your Authorized Users of your AllLines account from our global network of partners. We may receive this data from network registration process through our partners. We may also collect information about you through our partner. For example, you may sign up to a webinar or download a white paper published by AllLines through our business network activities.

Third Parties: We may receive information from third party service providers, from related companies and from our business and solution partners.

  1. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA:

We require this information to understand your needs and to provide the service you request. In our efforts to continually improve our website and service offerings, we collect and analyze demographic and profile data about users’ activity on our Website. We identify and use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Website. Your IP address is also used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information. We may occasionally ask you to complete surveys conducted either by us or through a third- party market research agency. These surveys may ask you for personal information, contact information, gender, date of birth, demographic information (like pin code, age or income level) attributes such as your interests or history preference and other such information that you may choose to provide. We use the account information you provide to AllLines when signing up for the Subscription Service, to send you transactional emails or in-app notification about billing, account management, Few AllLines Transactions and other administrative matters. We may also send you updates regarding our Customer Terms of Service or other legal agreements, and may also communicate with you about security incidents via email or in-app notification. We use your information to provide customer support, such as resolving technical issues you encounter and analyzing product outages or bugs. If you use the AllLines mobile application, if any, or access our site through a mobile device, we may send you push notifications from time to time in order to update you about events and promotions. We never sell Personal Data to third-parties for any reason.

We also require your information to take care of these following reasons:

Third Party Payment Providers: We do not share any Personal Data with any third-Party Payment providers except in the event where you make payments to any third-party payment provider through any Authorized Payment Gateway and only when you do not hold an account in said Third-Party Payment Provider. We only share such Personal Data for the sole purpose of effectuating the payment made for availing our Subscription Services. We do not retain such Personal Data for more than 24 (Twenty Four) hours. In all cases where you share your information to such Third-Party Payment Providers, we explicitly require the third-party service providers to acknowledge and adhere to our privacy and data protection policies and standards.

 

Internal Record Keeping: The information collected may be used to improve our website and services. Promotional emails about new services, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting, may be sent to you periodically to the email address which has been provided by you. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by WhatsApp, email, phone, fax or mail. This information may be used to customize the website to suit your interests.

Security: Our primary commitment is your security and privacy. To prevent any kind of unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. The transmission of information is not completely secure for reasons beyond our control. We adopt industry standard security measures and keep updating our systems from time to time to protect your personal information against any hacking or virus dissemination. However, by using our Website, the users accept the security implications of data transmission over the internet and the World Wide Web which cannot always be guaranteed as completely secure, and therefore, there would always remain certain inherent risks regarding use of our Website. Users are responsible for ensuring the protection of login and password records for their account.

Payment Information: In the event you do not hold an account with any Third-Party Payment Provider used by us for processing payments, we may temporarily (for a maximum period of 24 hours) collect payment and billing information when you pay for the Subscription Services. If you give us any payment information, we use it solely as authorized by you, for effectuating the Payment of the Subscription Services in accordance with this Policy. Wherever applicable, in the event you provide payment information to third-party payment providers, on subscribing to our Services, you agree and acknowledge that we bear no liability or responsibility to you with regard to payment information disclosed to any such third party.

Customer Testimonials: We may post Customer testimonials and comments on our website, which may contain Personal Data. We will obtain, via email or through other modes, your consent to publicly post the same on our site.

Usage Data: We collect usage data when you or your Authorized Users in your AllLines account interaction with the Subscription Service. Usage data includes metrics and information regarding your use and interaction with the Subscription Service such as what product features you use the most, when an object (like a ticket) is opened and closed, and how often certain features (like workflows) are triggered in your account. We may engage third party providers to collect usage data.

Public Forums: Our websites may offer publicly accessible message boards, blogs, and community forums (e.g. AllLines Business Network). Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose any information through our public message boards, blogs, or forums (including profile information associated with the account you use to post the information) it may be read, collected and used by any member of the public who accesses these websites. Your posts and certain profile information may remain even after you end subscription services and / or delete your Alllines account. We urge you to consider the sensitivity of any information you may disclose in this way. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to and why.

  1. RETENTION OF DATA:

After a reasonable period of time after you have ended use of the Services / your AllLines Account, we will either delete or anonymize your information or, if this is not possible, then we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further use until deletion is possible. We retain Personal Data that you provide to us where we have an ongoing legitimate business need. If you have elected to receive marketing communications from us, we retain information about your marketing preferences for a reasonable period of time from the date you last expressed interest in our content, products, or services, such as when you last opened an email from us or ceased using your AllLines account.  We retain information derived from cookies and other tracking technologies for a reasonable period of time from the date such information was created. 

We use the data provided by visitors, Registered Users & Subscription Users of the website so that we can recognize you and approve your comments, feedback or support tickets automatically instead of holding them for moderation. We retain the metadata of these comments, feedback or support tickets until or if you tell us to remove it from our website.

  1. CHOICE/OPT-OUT:

You agree, understand and acknowledge that you may receive Newsletters from us on your registered email ID. Wherever applicable, you may choose to unsubscribe or opt-out from receiving such Newsletters from us. This ensures the information is not used for any direct marketing by anybody. Customers / Subscription Users cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to their account with us or the Subscription Service.

The Site may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Cookie and tracking technologies are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the Site, and understanding how visitors use the Site. We may also share Personal Information with third parties under the following circumstances: (1) as permitted or required by law; (2) when trying to protect against or prevent or investigate actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; (3) in the event of illegal activities, or events in which threats or potential threats to the physical safety of any person or persons is evident, or when violations of Terms & other Policies of the Company occur; (4) in working with third party companies to support the Site’s technical operation, fulfill an order, or execute a specific promotion or program; (5) in the event of a corporate sale, merger, acquisition, or similar event or that we transfer the operations of the site or services offered on or through the site to another party. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.

We may also share information with third parties as necessary to provide you with the services that you requested. If Personal Information is shared with any third party for the purpose of granting you the subscription services, the third party will have no right to use the Personal Information for independent or any other purposes. In support of this policy, Company will enter into written agreements with any third party receiving Personal Information requiring the third party to comply with Company’s privacy policies and applicable laws (International and Domestic). To prevent your Personal Information from being shared with a third party, you can choose not to use the affected service or participate in the affected ordering or promotional activity, as the case may be.

  1. CUSTOMER DATA RIGHTS:

You can request that we erase any of your personal data we have stored. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. In short, we cannot erase data that is vital to you being an active customer (i.e. basic account information like an email address). If you wish that all of your data is erased, we will no longer be able to offer any support or our services to you. However, the same does not invalidate any support or services previously rendered to you. It is the right of a customer to manage, change, limit, or delete personal information. They can do this by contacting us or through their account settings. If the customer visits their account settings, however, they can correct, change, or modify some information. In some circumstances as a customer, you have the right to limit or restrict the ways we process your personal information. You have the right to approach our Data Protection Grievance Officer in order to submit complaints / grievances about our collection and use of your Personal Data. In the event you are not satisfied with the resolution or solution offered by our Data Protection Grievance Officer, then you have the right to complain to any data protection authority.   1. SECURITY MEASURES:

We use the SSL/HTTPS protocol throughout our Platform. We also use Multi-Factor Authorization & Google Captcha throughout our Platform. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so that personal identifiable information is not captured/hijacked by third parties without authorization. In case of a data breach, system administrators will immediately take all needed steps to ensure system integrity, will contact affected users and will attempt to reset passwords if needed. You are ultimately responsible for your username and password and all activities that occur on the Site under your username. If your password is compromised, the security of your Personal Information may be compromised as well. Thus, if you believe that your password has been compromised, please change your password immediately. The security of your Personal Information is important to us; however, you should understand that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Use of our website is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Domestic Framework: AllLines complies with “Digital Personal Data Protection Act” (DPDP) of India 2023. In compliance with the DPDP Principles, AllLines commits to resolve DPDP Principles-related complaints about our collection and use of your Personal Data. We will investigate and attempt to resolve any DPDP Principles-related complaints within 90 (Ninety) days

International Framework: If you are located any Country outside India, you have the right to request access to the Personal Data that we hold about you and request that we correct, amend or delete your Personal Data if it is inaccurate or processed in violation of that countries Personal Data Protection framework / Guidelines / laws (“International Data Protection Guidelines”). We will give you an opportunity to opt out where Personal Data we control about you is to be disclosed to an independent third party or used for a purpose that is materially different from those set out in the Terms of Use and in this Privacy & Security Policy. If you would like to exercise any of your rights, please contact us. In compliance with the respective International Data Protection Guidelines, AllLines commits to refer unresolved complaints concerning our handling of personal data received in reliance on the respective International Data Protection Guidelines to an alternative dispute resolution provider based in the country we are located in. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your respective International Data Protection Guidelines-related complaint from us, or if we have not addressed your respective International Data Protection Guidelines-related complaint to your satisfaction, please contact us. You may be entitled to invoke binding arbitration when all other dispute resolution procedures have been exhausted. Please note that under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your Personal Data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
